Miss Stephenson is our Deputy Headteacher and a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping to ensure every child feels safe. She leads on both attendance and behaviour, promoting a positive, nurturing school culture where pupils can thrive. Lesley also oversees pupils’ personal development, helping them build confidence, resilience, and strong social skills. As Key Stage 1 Lead, she supports high‑quality teaching and learning across Years 1 and 2, ensuring our younger pupils get the very best start to their primary education.
