Twelve of our Year 2 children had an amazing morning representing our school at the Telford and Wrekin School Sport Partnerships’ annual Sportshall Athletics event on Wednesday morning!
The children took part in a carousel of exciting activities, putting their skills to the test in a range of running, jumping and throwing events. They showed fantastic enthusiasm, determination and resilience as they gave every activity their very best effort.
The morning finished with some fun and energetic relay races against the other schools, which were a brilliant way to end the event!
We were incredibly proud of how the children represented our school. They demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, teamwork and encouragement throughout the morning, cheering one another on and celebrating each other’s achievements.
Well done to all twelve children! You were fantastic ambassadors for our school, and we are so proud of you!
