Mrs Gowen plays a key role in our school’s leadership team. As Reading Lead, she oversees early reading and phonics across the school, ensuring children build strong foundations from the very start of their learning journey. As Key Stage 2 Lead, she supports high‑quality learning and progress across the junior years. She also leads on Curriculum and Teaching and Learning, helping to shape engaging, well‑planned lessons for all pupils. In addition, Mrs Gowen serves as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping to ensure every child feels safe, supported, and cared for.
