Mr Kilburn is our Assistant Headteacher and a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping to ensure all pupils feel safe, supported, and cared for. He leads on parental engagement, building strong partnerships between home and school so every family feels included and informed. As our Educational Visits Co‑ordinator, he oversees all school trips to make sure they are safe, enriching, and memorable for pupils. In addition, Mr Kilburn is responsible for supporting the mental health and wellbeing of both staff and pupils, promoting a positive, nurturing environment across the academy.
